Terms of Service: Mega Huat Fishing

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mega Huat Fishing (the “App,” the “Game,” or the “Service”), operated by Jin Long Studios (“we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account, downloading the App, or playing the web version, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or play.
• You confirm you are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where social casino games are legal. It is your responsibility to know the laws where you live.
• If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account (full name, email address, mobile number).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Anyone with your password is presumed to be you.
• You may hold only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be merged or terminated without notice.
• You may not transfer, sell, share, or lend your account to anyone else.
• Notify us immediately at hello@aureasmedia.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Virtual Currency (Important)

The App contains virtual coins (“Coins”) used solely within the Game.

• Coins have no monetary value. They are not currency, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, services, or anything of real-world value.
• Coins are not your property. They are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use a feature inside the Game. We may modify, suspend, or remove Coins at any time without compensation.
• You cannot withdraw, redeem, or cash out Coins. We do not facilitate any real-money transactions and never will.
• If your account is terminated for any reason, you forfeit all Coins and game progress with no refund or compensation.
• This is not gambling. This is a free social game. Practice or success here does not predict success in real-money gambling.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, bots, hacks, modified clients, automation tools, or any other software designed to give you an unfair advantage
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Exploit bugs or game economy loopholes for personal benefit (report them to us instead)
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players or staff
• Upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content into any in-game field (display name, etc.)
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Attempt to access another player’s account, our servers, or back-end systems without authorization
• Sell, trade, or attempt to monetize accounts, Coins, or game progress

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without notice and at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, threatened the security or integrity of the Service, or harmed other players.

• You can terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@aureasmedia.com.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and you forfeit all in-game Coins and progress.
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (Virtual Currency, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will survive.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, including graphics, audio, code, branding, logos, characters, and gameplay design, are owned by Jin Long Studios or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Bugs and defects will be corrected
• The Service or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components
• Your game progress, Coins, or data will never be lost

You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jin Long Studios and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which for a free social casino game is typically zero), or (b) USD $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jin Long Studios from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may add, modify, remove, or temporarily suspend any feature of the Service at any time. We may also revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Jin Long Studios agree to attempt resolving any dispute informally first by contacting us at hello@aureasmedia.com.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute will be settled in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, unless mandatory local law in your jurisdiction requires a different venue.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
